Teso Initiative for Peace currently works in the districts of Soroti, Katakwi, Amuria and Kaberamaido where it has district field offices. TIP’s work on peaceful co-existence necessitated working with communities in Napak districts. In these areas TIP works with district and sub-county level duty bearers, grassroots peace promoters, youth, women, religious and clan leaders and Parish Development Committees. The target sub-counties of TIP’s interventions include Gweri and Kamuda in Soroti; Omodoi, Kapujan, Magoro, Ngariam Palam, Usuk and soon Toroma in Katakwi; Acowa, Kapelebyong, Obalanga, and Okungur in Amuria; Ochero and Kobulubulu in Kaberamaido; and Lokopo and Apeitolim in Napak respectively.
