TIP is a membership Organisation with currently 82 members of the AGM, who annually subscribe in renewal of their membership but also to strengthen TIP’s mandate towards accomplishing its mission and contributing to achieving the Vision. The AGM is the highest policy organ of TIP which meets annually to discuss and review the Organization’s performance and progress; commission and sanction new engagements and sharpen TIP’s strategic direction.
Membership fees of UGX 20,000 are paid. The annual subscription fee is 10,000 UGX.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the organisation’s supreme body. Members elect the Board of Directors who serve for a period of three years, and consecutively assign the secretariat.
