The secretariat currently engages 14 staff members. It is headed and represented by the Director – Mr. Michael Odeke. Project activities are supervised by the Programme Coordinator – Mr. Makumbi Stephen.
In regular (bi-monthly) meetings, the members of the secretariat exchange information and monitor all ongoing activities. This ensures that the activities carried out are in line with the organisation’s strategic goals.
All employed programme officers and field officers underwent training in Alternatives to Violence Project (AVP), Do no Harm, Mediation and Non-violent Communication. Four staff members had additional training in Conflict Sensitive Approaches; two of them have gone through training in Reflective Peace Practices.
