The organization is governed by the General Assembly (AGM) that meets annually with over 80 members. This is the supreme governing body of TIP. A seven member Board of Directors is elected, each member serving up to two terms of three years each. The Board of Director is a body responsible for organizational policy development and supervision. The BoD members include:
